Sen. Bernie Sanders To Attend Rally At UMMA This Thursday

Senator Bernie Sanders will make four stops in Michigan this Thursday, Oct. 6 – with one of those stops being the University of Michigan Museum of Art (UMMA).

Sen. Sanders will attend a rally in the UMMA Apse starting at 1 p.m. Thursday afternoon.

Doors to the Museum’s public spaces open at 8 a.m., but access to the Apse will not occur until 11 a.m. Those interested in attending the rally should enter through the Maxine and Stuart Frankel and the Frankel Family Wing entrance. 

The rally is scheduled to end at 2:30 p.m., but the Apse will be unavailable until the galleries reopen on Friday morning at 11 a.m. 

Space is limited by the capacity of the building.
